If it appears the power is out in your neighborhood you should first call your electrical company. If it is only at your house, you should call us immediately. While the power is out in your home, make sure you are using safe lighting sources such as flashlights and other battery powered lights until your power is restored

In most cases your electrical panel will be located in your garage or carport. If this is not the case you should check your closets, or outside of your home. Once you locate the panel, open the cover and look for the breaker that is not in the on or off position. Push your switch to the off position, and then back on. This should reset the circuit.
